Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would constitute a material change to planning permission reference CB/18/01973/RM for the following reason:

The application seeks to amend the roof plan of the development, increasing the roof pitch and ridge height of the dwelling and the roof formation and pitch of 'side elevation 1'. These amendments would result in a significant change to the overall scale, height and appearance of the dwelling. Therefore, it is not considered that the proposal would be non-material.

Therefore, the amendments are not considered to be a non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended).
