Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/25/03137/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposed installation of the front and side windows as shown on plan number A202-WIN shall be completed within 12 months on the date of the decision.

Reason: To preserve and enhance the Toddington Conservation Area, and adjacent Listed Building. (Sections 12 and 16 of the NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers A 501-WIN, A 201-WIN, A101-WIN, A202-WIN, A102-WIN.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
