4) No development above slab level shall take place until a landscape management plan has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority the landscape management plan should include but not be limited to
1 long term design objectives
2 a programme of implementation
3 management responsibilities including replacement of dead or dying plants
4 management and maintenance schedules for landscape areas other than privately owned domestic gardens
The landscape management plan shall be carried out as approved

Reason: In interest or visual amenity and to enhance the character and appearance of the site
