Conditions or Reasons:
13) Within one month of the first occupation of the development hereby approved, the traffic calming scheme shall be implemented and completed in full accordance with details shown on drawing 183752/PD15 A, amended as necessary by the relevant detailed design, technical, and safety audit processes.

Reason: to ensure efficiency and safe functioning of the highways network, in accordance with policies T1 and T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and NPPF.
14) Within one month of the first occupation of the development hereby approved, the traffic calming scheme and shared pedestrian and cycle route scheme shall be implemented and completed in full accordance with details shown on drawing 183752/PD15 Rev A, amended as necessary by the relevant detailed design, technical, and safety audit processes.

Reason: To ensure the efficiency, sustainability and safe functioning of the highways network, in accordance with Policies T1 and T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan and the NPPF.
