Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/25/03332/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers: CBC-001, CBC-002, FR2601-01, FR2601-02.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied at any time other than for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the principle dwelling house known as: 51 West End Road, Silsoe and it shall not be occupied as a separate independent dwelling or for any other purpose.

Reason: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit.

4) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in materials to those detailed on Application form Received: 17.10.25.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
