Conditions or Reasons:
4) Prior to works above slab level, notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs of the garage and stable buildings hereby approved shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.

5) Prior to the use of the development hereby approved, an animal waste management plan shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority for approval and shall include effect means to prevent odour and the attraction of pests.

Reason: To ensure there is appropriate prevention of odour from manure and the attraction of pests.
