Conditions or Reasons:
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, full details of the proposed external materials, including finishes, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of building construction being undertaken on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: This is a pre-commencement condition to ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Policy HE3 of the CBLP and Section 16, NPPF).
4) Full details of all new windows shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of new window installation on site, and the approved works shall thereafter be undertaken strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: This is a pre-commencement condition to ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Policy HE3 of the CBLP and Section 16, NPPF).
5) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, full details of the junctions to be formed between the existing structure and the proposed wall shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of building construction being undertaken on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.
