Conditions or Reasons:
1) There is no evidence to indicate why the proposed outbuilding need to be so large to fulfil its purpose. Accordingly, there is no clear justification for the building of the size proposed and for the purposes described. On the balance of probabilities it is
considered that there is insufficient evidence to satisfy that the buildings at the size proposed are genuinely and reasonably required or necessary to accommodate the proposed uses or activity; as such the proposed buildings would therefore not be
considered incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse. The proposal therefore fails to meet the requirements of Schedule 2, Part 1, Class E of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended), as
such planning permission would be required.
