Conditions or Reasons:
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the materials to be used for the external windows and doors of the proposed conversion of the building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall be carried out only in accordance with the approved details.
Reason: This condition is pre-commencement as materials are required to be ordered prior to construction and to ensure that the development is in keeping with the historical setting. (Section 15, NPPF)
