Conditions or Reasons:
1) The use of the decking proposed, due to its substantial height and close proximity to the surrounding neighbouring properties, notably 83 Station Road, would result in an unacceptable loss of privacy, representing an un-neighbourly form of development. The proposal would therefore be contrary with Policy HQ1 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan, and Section 11 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide.
