Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/25/03643/PADM
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The demolition must be completed within a period of 5 years starting with the prior approval date.

Reason: To comply with Condition B.2(b)(ix)(aa) of Class B of Part 11 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended).
2) The demolition hereby approved shall be carried out in accordance with the Demolition Method Statement (205070-SWH-ZZ-EX-S-T-0003 Site C Enabling Works Demo Method Statement Rev 02-13.11.2025).

Reason: To ensure the demolition of the buildings is controlled and no unacceptable environmental or social implications arise.

3) The demolition hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 19736-SK01A and 19736-SK03.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
