Conditions or Reasons:
1) This consent relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans/documents, numbers:
CBC-001 - 27301 1500 Block Plan2 19.11.25 ,
Design and Access Statement 19.11.2025,
CBC-002 - Elevations 19.11.2025,
Design and Access Statement 19.11.2025,
Heritage Statement 10.12.25,
LBC covering letter 19.11.2025,

Reason: To identify the approved plans/documents and to avoid doubt.
2) Notwithstanding the approved plans, all making good of the existing building shall be carried out in materials and finishes which closely match, like-for-like, those historic materials and finishing details used in the existing building or structure, to accord with usual conservation good practice unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural interest and integrity of the listed building is conserved and maintained in accordance with standard conservation good practice, local policies and the NPPF (Section 16).
