Conditions or Reasons:
1) None of the exemptions for new buildings within the Green Belt would apply to the proposed outbuilding and as such, the proposal would be considered an inappropriate development within the Green Belt and by virtue would result in harm to the openness of the Green Belt. Therefore, the proposed works are not considered to be in accordance with Section 13 of the NPPF, Local Plan Policy SP4 or the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide.
