1) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers:

WES1547-E-51-04 Rev 0 Equipment layout
Solar Glint & Glare Assessment dated 15/01/2026 (Document Ref: 321699 Issue 01)

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
2) The proposed solar panels shall be finished in non-reflective materials and arranged so that no glint or glare occurs to drivers of vehicles using the public highway.

Reason: To avoid undue distraction to motorists from glint and glare in the interest of road safety.
