Conditions or Reasons:
21) No development [(i) residential dwellings (ii) care home] shall take place (including any, ground works, site clearance) until a Reptile Mitigation Strategy has been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority.
 
Reason: To ensure that the development does not negatively impact upon reptiles.This condition is pre-commencement because development works can have an irreversible impact on reptiles.
