Conditions or Reasons:
1) The site lies within the South Bedfordshire Green Belt and the proposed extensions, when taken together with the previous extensions to this property, would result in disproportionate additions to the original dwellinghouse, therefore resulting in a development which would constitute inappropriate development within the South Bedfordshire Green Belt which would be harmful to the openness of the Green Belt; contrary to Policy SP4 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan, Section 11 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide and Section 13 of the NPPF.
