Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/26/00040/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development, by nature of its size in comparison with the original dwelling, would result in a disproportionate extension and would constitute inappropriate development in the South Bedfordshire Green Belt and is therefore, by definition, harmful to the Green Belt. No very special circumstances have been demonstrated to overcome this harm. The proposal therefore represents inappropriate development, harmful to the openness of the South Bedfordshire Green Belt. The proposal is therefore contrary with Policy SP4 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan, Section 11.32 of the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide and Section 13 of the NPPF.
