The cleaning method of the Portland Stone as set out in the approved documents: Report on the results of the Stone Cleaning Trials 26 July 2022 and Drawings: WA PL1 100, WA PL1 101 and WA PL1 102 as approved under application CB/22/3120/DOC shall be carried out as specified.
Reason: To protect the fabric of the historic asset. Policy HE3 of the CBC Local Plan and Chapter 16 of the NPPF. |

Details of all new pointing, including pointing profile and material which is not on a like-for-like basis, must be submitted to the local authority and approved in writing prior to repointing occurring.

Removal of cement render hereby approved shall be conducted with hand tools only in a low impact manner
