Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/26/00085/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers:

HH 2025/1A

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
3) Notwithstanding the changes of use permitted within Part 3 of Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification), the development hereby approved shall only be used as a children's residential home and to children in need of care within Class C2 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 (or any Order revoking or re-enacting that Order with or without modification) only, and for no other purpose within C2.

Reason: To control the intensity of use of the development in the interests of residential amenity and highway safety.

4) No more than four children in care shall reside at the home hereby approved at any one time, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
