Conditions or Reasons:
3) Prior to the first interment/ burial a scheme for a refined groundwater risk assessment shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall be based on site-specific data, include a risk management plan based on the results of the risk assessment and shall include mitigation measures and any ongoing groundwater monitoring that may be required in the interest of groundwater protection. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To protect and prevent the pollution of controlled waters from potential pollutants associated in line with National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF), paragraphs 187, 196, & 197 and The Environment Agency's approach to groundwater protection (L3).
