Conditions or Reasons:
1) The proposal would constitute a material change to planning permission ref: CB/25/01220/Full and therefore cannot be considered as a non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The changes proposed do not align with the description or design of the original planning permission, and fall outside the scope of, the originally approved application. As the proposed changes extend beyond the parameters of the existing planning permission, the application is hereby refused. Full planning permission is therefore required.
