Conditions or Reasons:
3) Condition surveys shall be undertaken prior to and upon the completion of the proposed development, to include dated photographs of the existing highway that is to be used for access and delivery of materials along Northfield Road between the site and junction with Cambridge Road. The condition survey details shall be submitted to the Local Planning Authority within 3 months of the completion of the development.

Reason: To ensure the safe operation of the surrounding road network in the interests of road safety, in accordance with Policy T2 of the Central Bedfordshire Local Plan (2021).
