Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/26/00538/PAEC
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall be completed not later than three years from the date of this approval.

Reason: To comply with MA.2(5) of Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)(England) Order 2015 (as amended).
2) Prior to occupation of the development, a scheme of sound insulation and of acoustically attenuated ventilation as necessary to achieve internal room noise standards, including measures to protect future occupants from commercial noise, shall be demonstrated by measurement in accordance with the Central Bedfordshire Design Guide and BS8233. Where alternative means of ventilation to open windows is provided for the purpose of complying with noise standards, this shall be made clear for check of compliance with Building Regulations. The approved details shall be implemented prior to occupation of the development and thereafter be permanently retained.

Reason: In the interests of safeguarding the amenity of future occupants in terms of noise pollution.
3) This approval relates only to the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers 26.050-P1 'Existing Elevations, Floor Plans and Site Location', 26.050-P2 'Existing Elevations, Floor Plans and Site Location'.

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
