Conditions or Reasons:
15) The noise level in rooms at the development hereby approved shall meet the noise standard specified in BS8233:2014 for internal rooms and external amenity areas. Prior to occupation of any dwelling, a post installation noise measurement survey shall be carried out and submitted and approved in writing to the Local Planning Authority to confirm compliance with the sound criteria and additional steps to mitigate noise shall be taken, if necessary.

Reason
To ensure future occupiers are not negatively impacted by noise.
