Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/26/00677/FULL
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development hereby permitted shall begin not later than three years from the date of this permission.

Reason: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, numbers:

521/001 Site location plan
521/101 (scale 1:100) Proposed block plan
521/101 (scale 1:500) Proposed block plan
0001 Rev A Oil tank specification with dimensions
Oil tank technical specification sheet
Covering letter dated 2 March 2026

Reason: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
3) All external works hereby permitted shall be carried out in green painted metal.

Reason: To safeguard the appearance of the completed development in the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
