3) Notwithstanding the information submitted with the application, full details of the proposed external materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of building repair being undertaken on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF).
4) A method statement detailing the undertaking of the proposed works, including steps taken to ensure the protection and safeguarding of historic fabric, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of building repair being undertaken on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF).
