Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - CB/26/00832/NMA
Conditions or Reasons:
1) Within three months of the date of this decision the scheme for managing and directing traffic along the Green Streets shall be implemented in accordance with approved drawing no. H8705-BH-ENG-726 (Keep Left Bollard General Arrangement).

Reason: In the interest of road safety and traffic movement.
(Policy T2, CBLP and Section 9, NPPF)
2) The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, number H8705-BH-ENG-726-2 (General Arrangement) and the Speedy Street Duraflex Bollard Data Sheet.

Reason: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
