17) 17. No development above slab level shall take place until details of the proposed electric vehicle charging points has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall include details of the design/appearance of charge points to be installed at the locations indicated on drawing number 011 Rev F including at least one charging point per dwelling. The development shall be completed in accordance with these approved details.
