Conditions or Reasons:
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with this application, a detailed schedule of works, including details of the impact upon the historic fabric, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of building repair being undertaken on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: This is a pre-commencement condition to ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the historic fabric of this listed building in all respects by minimising irreversible damage and harm (Section 16, NPPF).
4) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, full details of the proposed materials, including finishes, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of building repair being undertaken on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: This is a pre-commencement condition to ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Section 16, NPPF).
