3) Prior to the commencement of works, a building recording according to Historic England Level 2 of the listed building shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

Reason: To ensure that a recording of the listed building's current condition is preserved for posterity and future consultation (Section 16, NPPF).
