Conditions or Reasons:
The proposed amendments would constitute a material change to planning permission ref. CB/23/01815/FULL and therefore cannot be considered as a non-material amendment under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The submission includes development that was not part of, and fall outside the scope of, the originally approved application. As the proposed changes extend beyond the parameters of the existing planning permission, the application is hereby refused. Full planning permission is therefore required.
