9) Notwithstanding the details submitted, no development above slab level shall take place until full details of all materials to be used for the external surfaces of the development hereby approved have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall thereafter be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the area.
