Conditions or Reasons:
3) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, full details of the proposed external materials shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of building construction being undertaken on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: This is a pre-commencement condition to ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Policies HE3 of the CBLP and Section 16, NPPF).
4) Notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, full details of the proposed junctions between the link and the listed buildings shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to any work of building construction being undertaken on site, and the approved works shall be undertaken thereafter strictly in accordance with the approved details.

Reason: This is a pre-commencement condition to ensure that the approved works are carried out in a manner that safeguards the traditional character of this listed building in all respects (Policy HE3 of the CBLP and Section 16, NPPF).
