Conditions or Reasons:
4) No work shall take place on the relevant part of the development, until a schedule of works detailing all proposed repairs, re-instatement and making good to the fabric of that part of building has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The development shall only be carried out only in accordance with the approved schedule of works. Details shall include a full and detailed specification of all materials to be used in the works.
Reason: To ensure that the special historical and architectural interest and integrity of the building is conserved and maintained.
