Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The proposed extension by reason of its size, design and positioning on the boundary would be unduly overbearing and would result in the overshadowing of No. 14 Booth Place, detrimental to the residential and visual amenities of those adjacent occupiers. The proposal is therefore contrary to Policy 10 of the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011, Policies H9 and BE11 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan and Policies H8 and BE8 of the South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes).
