1. The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. 2. Building envelopes shall be constructed to provide sound attention against external noise, not less than 33db (A), with windows shut and other means of ventilation provided. (The term building envelopes is intended to include the external walls, doors and roof through which noise would enter the building). REASON: To ensure an adequate level of protection against noise. (Policies BE11, SBLP, BE8, SBLPFRD). 3. Before development begins and notwithstanding the details submitted with the application, details of the windows and doors to be inserted into the Church Street elevation shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. REASON: To control the appearance of the building in the interests of the visual amenities of the Conservation Area. (Policies 10,13, BSP, BE6, SBLP, BE5, SBLPFRD, H8, BE8, H9, BE11). 4. This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 1214/01/020 received 21/06/01 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plans. REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. NOTE ---- In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (B.S.P.), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (S.B.L.P.) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes) (S.B.L.P.F.R.D.) |
