Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. 2. The windows shown on Drawing No.RT 4641/DL/127 marked blue shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass and the main window permanently fixed shut, with only a top hung opening light. REASON: To protect the privacy of the occupiers of adjoining properties. (Policies 10, B.S.P; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). 3. This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Nos. 4641/CC/01, RT4641/DL/125, RT4641/DL/126 & RT464/DL/127 received 20/07/01 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plans. REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. NOTE ---- In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (B.S.P.), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (S.B.L.P.) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes) (S.B.L.P.F.R.D.)
