Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The ground floor and store area shall only be used as annexe accommodation ancillary to the residential use of no. 71 Union Street and shall not be occupied as a separate or self-contained dwelling unit. REASON: To prevent the establishment of a separate residential unit. (Policies 10, BSP, BE11, SBLP, BE8, SBLPFRD). 2. This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 01/08/01 and Drawing No. B424-1/A revised 04/12/01 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plans. REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. NOTE: This permission is granted under the provisions of Section 73A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. NOTE ---- In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (B.S.P.), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (S.B.L.P.) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes) (S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
