1. The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. 2. New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible. REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building. (Policies 10, B.S.P, H9, BE11, S.B.L.P, H8, BE8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D). 3. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country (General Permitted Development Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order), no additional first floor windows shall be inserted into the rear or either flank elevations of the proposed extension. REASON: To protect the amenity of neighbouring residents. (Policies 10, B.S.P, BE11, H9, S.B.L.P, BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.) 4. The smaller dressing area window shown on Drawing No. 982001 shall be permanently glazed with obscured glass. REASON: To protect the privacy of all the occupiers of adjoining properties. (Policies 10, B.S.P, BE11, H9, S.B.L.P, BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.) 5. This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing No. 982001 received 03/09/01 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plans. REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
