1. The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. 2. Notwithstanding the details provided with this application details of the outward facing colour of the shutters and cowl shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the District Planning Authority. REASON: To prevent the appearance of a blank frontage and safeguard the vitality of this shopping centre and Conservation Area. (Policies 13, B.S.P; BE6, BE11, TC3, S.B.L.P; BE5, BE8, SH7, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). 3. This permission extends to the Option 1 as submitted viz "visi-screen steel shutters". REASON: To define this permission. (Policies 13, B.S.P; BE6, BE11, TC3, S.B.L.P; BE5, BE8, SH7, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). 4. This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan and Drawing No. 020302, Drawing 1 and technical brochure received 30/04/02 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plans. REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. NOTE ---- In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (B.S.P.), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (S.B.L.P.) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes) (S.B.L.P.F.R.D.). |
