Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. 2. The security shutters hereby permitted shall be of the design submitted under cover of the applicants letter received 11/10/02 and powder coated black. Before development commences details of the shutters shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: In order to preserve the character of the Conservation Area. (Policies 10, 13 B.S.P, S.B.L.P, BE5, BE6, BE11, S.B.L.P.F.R.D, BE4, BE5, BE8). 3. This permission relates only to the details shown on the Location Plan received 18/10/02, front/side elevation received 11/10/02, letter and details dated 24/09/02 received 11/10/02 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plans. REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt. NOTE ---- In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (B.S.P.), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (S.B.L.P.) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Pre-Inquiry Changes) (S.B.L.P.F.R.D.)
