Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission. REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. 2. New external brickwork and roofing materials shall match those of the existing building as closely as possible. REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building. (Policies 10, B.S.P, H9, BE11, S.B.L.P, H8, BE8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D). 3. The development hereby permitted shall be built in accordance with the approved plan and no part of the development shall encroach upon the area of open space. REASON: To protect the visual amenities of the area. 4. This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawing Sheet 01, 02A, and 06A received on 23/12/02 and Sheet 03 Rev. B and 05 Rev. B received on 29/04/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plans. REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt. NOTE ---- In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (England) (Amendment) Order 2000, the reason for any condition above relates to the Policies as referred to in the Bedfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (B.S.P.), South Bedfordshire Local Plan (S.B.L.P.) and South Bedfordshire Local Plan First Review Deposit (and Proposed Modifications) (S.B.L.P.F.R.D.)
