Conditions or Reasons:
1) (1) This permission shall relate only to the use of the land and existing buildings for an education activity centre and for no other purpose, notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1963. REASON: To confine the use to one compatible with the area. (2) Before the use is commenced adequate car parking spaces shall be provided, constructed and surfaced to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To enable vehicles to draw off, park and turn outside the highway limits. (3) A tree planting scheme to provide a screen for the site shall be carried out during the first planting season in positions to be agreed by the Local Planning Authority. REASON: To provide for the future appearance of the site.
