Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/00396
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.

REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) The approved fencing scheme shall be fully implemented before the land is first occupied or brought into use and thereafter retained.
REASON: To safeguard the amenity of the area.
(Policies: 10 BSP; BE11 SBLP; BE8 SBLPFRD)
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 31/03/03 and the Site/Fencing Scheme Plan received 17/04/03 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
