Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/00426
Conditions or Reasons:
1) This permission is limited to a period expiring on 31/01/2004 when the use shall be discontinued, any buildings or structures removed and the land re-instated unless before that date the District Planning Authority has granted permission for its /their continuation and/or retention.
REASON: To enable the District Planning Authority to review the uses, buildings and structures when the permission expires.
2) This permission relates only to the details shown on Drawings Nos. 01, 02 and 03 received 08/04/2003 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.
REASON: To identify the approved plans and to avoid doubt.
