Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/03/00459
Conditions or Reasons:
1) The development shall begin not later than five years from the date of this permission.

REASON: To comply with Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2) New external brickwork shall match that of the existing building as closely as possible.

REASON: To ensure that the development is in keeping with the existing building.
(Policies 10, B.S.P.; BE11, H9, S.B.L.P.; BE8, H8, S.B.L.P.F.R.D.).
3) This permission relates only to the details shown on the Site Location Plan received 7th May 2003 and the Block Plan and Elevations received 28th April 2003 or to any subsequent appropriately endorsed revised plan.

REASON: To identify the approved plan/s and to avoid doubt.
