Conditions or Reasons for Planning Application - SB/74/00715
Conditions or Reasons:
1) 1. Before the building is used for any purpose it shall be insulated in accordance with a scheme approved by the District Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure that the amenities of adjacent residents are not adversely affected by excessive noise nuisance. 2. All plant and machinery shall be enclosed with sound insulating material in accordance with a scheme to be agreed with the District Planning Authority. REASON: To ensure that the amenities of adjacent residents are not adversely affected by excessive noise nuisance. 3. In the case of any matter hereinafter reserved for the subsequent approval of the District Planning Authority, application for the approval shall be made not later than the expiration of three years beginning with the date of this permission and the development hereby permitted shall be begun not later than whichever is the later of the following dates: a. the expiration of five years from the date of this permission, or b. the expiration of two years from the final approval of the matter hereinafter reserved for the subsequent approval of the District Planning Authority or, in the case of approval on different dates, the final approval of the last such matter to be approved. REASON: In accordance with Section 42 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 to prevent the accumulation of unimplemented planning permissions.
