1 )The applicant is advised that no works associated with the widening of the existing vehicular access should be carried out within the confines of the public highway without prior consent in writing of the Bedfordshire County Council. Upon receipt of this Notice of Planning Approval, you are advised to contact Bedfordshire County Council's Development Planning and Control Section (in writing to County Hall, Bedford, MK42 9AP or by telephoning 01234 228647) quoting the planning application number and the date planning permission was granted. This will enable the necessary consent and procedures under Section 184 of the Highways Act to be implemented.
