Informative Notes:
1 )The development site is within 250m of a landfill site. However, the location has been assessed as having low risk from landfill gas on the basis of the waste types in the landfill, type of landfill engineering, effectiveness of gas control systems, relevant monitoring data, and intervening geology. While any landfill gas effects are very unlikely, should any unusual ground conditions or gaseous odours be encountered, please contact your Local Authority Environmental Health department and/or the Environment Agency for advice on gas monitoring and gas protection measures. The development site is within 250m of a landfill site.
