1 )The property is located on a former brownfield development site known as Abbess Works which had a number of previous contaminative uses including part of the site having been a former Victorian landfill and printworks. All of the properties on the site were required to have remediation measures to break pollution pathways including gas protection measures and capping to garden areas. Care should be taken by construction workers when undertaking ground works at this site.
